
Service Agreement, Terms & Policy
Transparency:
Before submitting a request for cleaning services with CleanFreaks, all clients are required to review and acknowledge several important documents. By signing and submitting, each client agrees to our Service Agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of our services, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding. Additionally, clients must review and accept our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, which detail our commitment to privacy, customer satisfaction, and refund procedures. These documents ensure a transparent and positive experience for every CleanFreaks customer.
CleanFreaks Window Washers LP – Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between CleanFreaks Window Washers LP (“CleanFreaks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 3350 George Busbee Pkwy Apt 24, Kennesaw, Georgia 30144, and the Customer (“you,” “your,” or “Client”).
Collectively, CleanFreaks and the Customer are referred to as the “Parties.”
By scheduling, purchasing, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
1. Scope of Services
1.1 Services Provided.
CleanFreaks agrees to perform professional window washing, vehicle cleaning and detailing, carpet cleaning, and/or lawn care services as outlined in the estimate or proposal accepted by the Customer.
1.2 Service Details.
Services may include, but are not limited to:

Interior and exterior window cleaning;

Debris and dirt removal;

Vehicle detailing and wash services;

Carpet and upholstery cleaning; and
-
Lawn care and exterior maintenance.
Any additional services not included in the written estimate must be authorized in writing by both Parties.
2. Scheduling and Rescheduling
2.1 Scheduling.
CleanFreaks will coordinate service appointments based on the Customer’s preferred schedule and service requirements. All scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions.
2.2 Rescheduling and Cancellations.
Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of deposit (if applicable).
2.3 Force Majeure.
CleanFreaks shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, power outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Service Estimates.
Pricing will be detailed in an approved estimate or proposal. Final cost may vary depending on project complexity, access limitations, or additional services requested.
3.2 Payment Terms.
Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 Late Payments.
CleanFreaks reserves the right to charge reasonable late fees or suspend future services until outstanding balances are paid.
3.4 Taxes and Fees.
All applicable sales taxes, local fees, or surcharges are the Customer’s responsibility.
3.5 Accepted Payments.
Payments may be made via cash, card, or other approved methods listed on our website.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1 Site Accessibility.
The Customer must ensure that service areas are accessible, clear of obstructions, and safe for staff.

Remove screens, furniture, or objects blocking access.

Provide necessary entry permissions for gated or secured properties.
If obstacles are present, CleanFreaks may charge an access fee to work around them or deem certain areas impassable and exclude them from service. Once staff have departed the premises, CleanFreaks is under no obligation to return to complete areas deemed impassable.
4.2 Special Instructions.
All special instructions, property concerns, or service limitations must be submitted in writing at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
4.3 Utilities.
The Customer shall provide safe access to on-site electricity and water sources necessary to complete the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Standard of Care.
CleanFreaks exercises reasonable skill and diligence in performing all services.
5.2 Exclusions.
We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from:

Pre-existing structural or material defects;

Fragile, unprotected, or improperly secured items;
-
Weather conditions affecting results post-service; or
-
Customer’s failure to follow preparation or after-care instructions.
5.3 Maximum Liability.
To the extent permitted by law, CleanFreaks’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
5.4 Consequential Damages.
Neither Party shall be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business, or reputation.
5.5 Customer Precautions.
We recommend removing fragile or high-value items from work areas before service begins.
5.6 Preservation of Rights.
This limitation does not waive rights available under Georgia law for claims of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Termination
6.1 By Either Party.
Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
6.2 Outstanding Balances.
The Customer remains responsible for all charges incurred up to the termination date.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 Definition.
“Confidential Information” includes all non-public, proprietary, or personal information disclosed during the course of services, such as pricing, client data, business methods, or financial details.
7.2 Exclusions.
Confidential Information does not include information that:
(a) becomes public through no fault of the receiving Party;
(b) is lawfully obtained from a third party;
(c) is independently developed; or
(d) must be disclosed under law, provided notice is given to the disclosing Party (if permissible).
7.3 Permitted Use of Client Name.
With the Customer’s prior written approval, CleanFreaks may reference the Customer’s first and last name in marketing materials or testimonials.
7.4 Non-Disclosure Obligation.
Both Parties shall maintain confidentiality and use information only to fulfill contractual obligations.
7.5 Remedies.
Breach of confidentiality may cause irreparable harm. The injured Party may seek injunctive relief, damages, or other remedies available under Georgia law.
8. Power and Water Usage Rights
8.1 Power Usage.
The Customer grants CleanFreaks permission to use on-site power outlets and electrical systems as necessary to perform contracted services.
8.2 Water Usage.
The Customer grants CleanFreaks permission to use on-site water sources. The Customer agrees to indemnify CleanFreaks against claims or restrictions resulting from unavailable or inadequate water supply.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Cobb County, Georgia, USA.
10. Media Release Consent
10.1 Grant of Permission.
The Customer grants CleanFreaks irrevocable rights to photograph or film the exterior of their property for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes on the Company’s website, social media, and printed materials.
10.2 Duration and Compensation.
This consent is perpetual and without expectation of compensation.
10.3 Waiver of Inspection.
The Customer waives the right to inspect or approve the final materials where such images or videos appear.
10.4 Release of Claims.
The Customer releases CleanFreaks from all claims arising out of use of the images, including defamation, invasion of privacy, or misrepresentation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10.5 Confidentiality Assurance.
Personal information beyond the approved visual materials will remain confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.6 Governing Law.
This Media Release Consent is governed by the laws of Georgia and subject to jurisdiction in Cobb County courts.
11. Release of Liability
11.1 Assumption of Risk.
The Customer acknowledges that window washing, vehicle detailing, carpet cleaning, and lawn services carry inherent risks (including potential property damage, slips, or exposure to cleaning materials) and voluntarily assumes those risks.
11.2 Release and Waiver.
The Customer, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, releases and waives any claims against CleanFreaks for damages or injuries arising out of the services, including those based on negligence or breach of contract, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11.3 Indemnification.
The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CleanFreaks, its employees, agents, and affiliates from all claims, damages, or costs arising from service performance, except to the extent caused by CleanFreaks’ gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11.4 Limitation of Liability.
CleanFreaks’ total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11.5 Governing Law and Venue.
This Release is governed by Georgia law and subject to exclusive venue in Cobb County courts.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, including incorporated policies (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy), constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior communications, proposals, or agreements, whether written or oral.
13. Electronic Consent and Signature
By submitting the electronic Client Intake Form or scheduling services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

They have read, understood, and voluntarily consent to this Service Agreement;

They have reviewed the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy available on the Company website; and
-
Their electronic submission constitutes a legally binding signature under the Georgia Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (O.C.G.A. § 10-12-1 et seq.).
Acknowledgment
By engaging CleanFreaks Window Washers LP, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to the terms herein, including liability waivers, confidentiality provisions, and service conditions.
